Monique Luis is originally from South Africa, where she trained with the widely known Protea Hotels.

Monique then moved abroad and held a variety of key roles, including the owning of Director of Revenue Management at New York Gansevoort, Regional Director of Reservations for Morgans Hotel Group, Rooms Division Manager at Thread Needles Hotel in London, and Front of House Manager at The Palms, Turks and Caicos. Monique was appointed as the Director to Owner Relations with Grace Bay Club in 2007, followed by EAM – Rooms, Resort Manager and Group Director of Residential Operations. Today she is the Senior Vice President of Development and Residential Services in Grace Bay Resorts.
