Lynn Bengtsson's journey in hospitality began in 1998 at the Ritz Carlton Hotel in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, where she served as a Sales Manager.
Venturing into entrepreneurship, she later owned and operated a restaurant in Sweden, before assuming a leadership role in the Resident Services department at the iconic Raffles Hotel in Singapore.
In July 2005, Lynn joined Grace Bay Club as Director of Reservations and Guest Recognition, following as the Director of marketing at Grace Bay Resorts for hospitality, and today in the role for Real Estate Development marketing. During her time at Grace Bay Resorts, Lynn served as Project Director for the One Lofts development in Providenciales. Collaborating closely with CEO Mark Durliat, she played a pivotal role in achieving record sales, securing deposits for twenty units and executing sales contracts for all units within fourteen days of launch.
Lynn received a certification of education from the University of Cambridge before going on to Sunway College in Kuala Lumpur. She subsequently attended Blue Mountains International Hotel Management School in Sydney Australia for Hospitality Management.
